Four players qualified for this week's Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches via Monday's open qualifier.

Recent Penn State grad Patrick Sheehan paced the field at 8-under 64, qualifying for his first PGA TOUR event. He was followed by PGA TOUR rookie Matthew Riedel (7-under 65), who earned his first PGA TOUR card at Final Stage of PGA TOUR Q-School presented by Korn Ferry last fall.

Dylan Wu and Bo Hoag qualified in a 3-for-2 playoff at 6-under 66, with Cristian DiMarco falling short.

Wu holds conditional TOUR status this season after finishing No. 132 on last year's FedExCup Fall standings. Hoag, who holds conditional Korn Ferry Tour status as a past champion, will make his first PGA TOUR start since 2023. DiMarco, the son of three-time PGA TOUR winner Chris DiMarco, was seeking his first TOUR start.

The 18-hole open qualifier was hosted at the Palmer course at Tesoro Club in Port St. Lucie, Florida, with a field full of past TOUR winners and up-and-comers. In all, 83 players competed for four spots in the field.

The Cognizant Classic, Feb. 27-March 2, will be contested at PGA National Resort (The Champion Course) in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
